"I’ve gone here to get gel refill a few times. They’re not bad, But they’re not good either. The customers who have been going there for a while, you can tell who they are. They receive the respect and quality of their nails. Every time I have gotten my nails done here The polish has chipped or the acrylic has broken off; Which being said they look at you in the most negative way. Each time I’ve been here, my nails have always felt rushed, and they never look good until I had to go to somewhere else. The last time I was here to get my nails done I was embarrassed about my eyebrows needing to be done. *Note: I work a full-time job night shift and I’m in Overtime. I went there to get my nails done Not to be judge by the nail artist or Owner. Which was said in front of other customers loudly; I found that to be very inappropriate. I will not be returning."

"Literally the worst experience of my life. She took over two hours and a half hours to do my nails. Tried to explain I wanted the French tip lines thicker and she just doesn’t do what I want. The color looks nothing like the color I picked it’s absolutely awful now I’m out 90 bucks and wanna cry. The worst nails I’ve ever had done IN MY LIFE"

"Horrible. I’ve gone here many times but never had an experience like this. I waited an hour after being told it would be a 20miniute wait. Then when showing what I wanted the nail tech made fun of it infront of me with a coworker, even grabbing my phone to show others. Than began to continually comment on my skin condition. Once 1/2 way done I was told the total would be $140 dollars. I questioned this because I have gotten the same length with french tips that are a different color multiple times and my total was $80, this time i had only added some swirls on each nail. They told me I would be paying “$10 extra per nail ontop of the $70 it would normally be without any french tip or swirl” If you do the math that comes to $170. Not only does the math not make sense but how are designes more than the nail?"
